What's Been Going On!
Ok I'm giving a quick update. I have been trying to walk again and trying to bike. Unfortunely with comes the pain. So my goal this next week is to do the exercises the physical therapist gave me last year. My habits have been really bad lately. I was using a calorie counting site then, I got sick and stop using it. I'm going back to using it tomorrow. My next goal is update ya'll on here at least once a week and do my youtube videos at least once a week. We will see if this works for me. I just dont want to give up.
1. Do my exercises from PT along with cardio.
2. Use my calorie counter account everyday.
3. Update my blog and Youtube at least once a week.
I'll keep ya'll informed on my success.

I Know I Been MIA!!!!
Ok well I don't have time to give the long spill. I am still trying to lose the weight.. It's sooo not going the way I would like it too. I am looking at Gyms... Think I might have found one don't know yet. Anyway I am back and ready to work my butt off literally...LOL Anyway I'll keep ya posted.

What's Going On!
Well I been busy with things lately. My exercising hasnt gone well. I been having problems just walking. I am trying to move around as much as possible and do the exercises the physical therapist gave me. Which reminds me gotta do them pronto. Well my weight has went down and up since November. I'm so tired of trying I just want to give up. I'm not though. I working on a new way to try to lose weight. There is alot going on in personal life right now that has my focus. But, after Christmas my focus is back on the weight. Well good luck through the Holidays and enjoy time with family if you get to see them. Remember what this time is all about. Remember the Men andWomen fighting overseas.. They don't get a day off not even to come for christmas. Let remember them and their family this holiday.

Been Having Trouble
Hey everyone it's been along time since I been on here. I've alot of things going on. Ok where to start well after I hurt my knee I went to physical therapy and it helped. Then as I was getting back to exercising I fell and hurt my hips/lower back area. As if that wasnt enough I fell again and hit my upper back. Yeah I been in alot of pain the past couple of months. I quit my retail job which is EXCELLENT!!!! I am now working at home using two bussiness. I love making my own hours and being able to do the things I love. I am just now getting back into the exercising hoping that I can get some weight off by the new year. We will see. Well that is about it I will keep ya posted. My calorie count for the day is good. I feel full and good. I still have to get some exercises in but, I have time.

Where Have I Been?
Well it's the end of the month and I feel awful. Ok so I started off good I was going to lose 10 pounds this month instead I gained. I been having alot of emotional issues and teamed with being sick doesn't help. I've lost my motivation here lately. I feel drained and lost. I haven't been eating right or exercising a whole lot. I back to walking slowly working my way back up. Then I fell last week and that put damper on things. It's been crazy cause right after my sinus crap got worse so I been sick on top of this. I feel bloated and sluggish. Honestly I feel like an elephant. So this week is about getting back into the grove of things. I'm setting up a schedule and sticking to it. I plan to exercise and eat right this week. I'm going to measure my water out so I can get enough. I plan to find ways to relieve the stress. So that I something to turn to when I want to eat.. So we will see I get to see my family this next weekend so glad to see them. Ok I can do this right. We mess up get back up and try again. I can't fail until I quit trying.

CONFUSED!!! LET ME HELP!
We have all heard of those diets that help us umm........ lose weight. Oh yeah those insane exercises or things that just melt the fat away. Lets start with diets. Eat five or six mini meals a day, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Atkins, Low Carb, High Protein, Metobolic, Diabetes, Cabbage Soup, Grapfruit diet, the list goes on and on. Then there is exercise. You need 30mins a day, no need you 60-90mins a day, strickly cardio, lift weights, don't lift weight your a woman it will make you too bulky. You see where I am yeah completely confused. I am on INFORMATION OVERLOAD!!!!! I want to SCREAM!! How many of you feel like that. Ok so you know what I say. FORGET ALL YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD unless you were told by your personal doctor. EAT AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE, GET OFF THE COUCH AND MOVE!!!! Quit staying up watch insane commericals and infomericals that claim to help you lose weight overnight. GET SOME REST!!!! Yep simple zzzzzzzz is what I mean. So if you are confused about how to Lose weight simply FORGET EVERYTHING! Find what you do that works for you. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF OR OVER WORK YOUR BODY!!! This is so not healthy and you will have some bad results.
