Ok I'm giving a quick update. I have been trying to walk again and trying to bike. Unfortunely with comes the pain. So my goal this next week is to do the exercises the physical therapist gave me last year. My habits have been really bad lately. I was using a calorie counting site then, I got sick and stop using it. I'm going back to using it tomorrow. My next goal is update ya'll on here at least once a week and do my youtube videos at least once a week. We will see if this works for me. I just dont want to give up.
1. Do my exercises from PT along with cardio.
2. Use my calorie counter account everyday.
3. Update my blog and Youtube at least once a week.
I'll keep ya'll informed on my success.
