Where Have I Been?
Well it's the end of the month and I feel awful. Ok so I started off good I was going to lose 10 pounds this month instead I gained. I been having alot of emotional issues and teamed with being sick doesn't help. I've lost my motivation here lately. I feel drained and lost. I haven't been eating right or exercising a whole lot. I back to walking slowly working my way back up. Then I fell last week and that put damper on things. It's been crazy cause right after my sinus crap got worse so I been sick on top of this. I feel bloated and sluggish. Honestly I feel like an elephant. So this week is about getting back into the grove of things. I'm setting up a schedule and sticking to it. I plan to exercise and eat right this week. I'm going to measure my water out so I can get enough. I plan to find ways to relieve the stress. So that I something to turn to when I want to eat.. So we will see I get to see my family this next weekend so glad to see them. Ok I can do this right. We mess up get back up and try again. I can't fail until I quit trying.

CONFUSED!!! LET ME HELP!
We have all heard of those diets that help us umm........ lose weight. Oh yeah those insane exercises or things that just melt the fat away. Lets start with diets. Eat five or six mini meals a day, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Atkins, Low Carb, High Protein, Metobolic, Diabetes, Cabbage Soup, Grapfruit diet, the list goes on and on. Then there is exercise. You need 30mins a day, no need you 60-90mins a day, strickly cardio, lift weights, don't lift weight your a woman it will make you too bulky. You see where I am yeah completely confused. I am on INFORMATION OVERLOAD!!!!! I want to SCREAM!! How many of you feel like that. Ok so you know what I say. FORGET ALL YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD unless you were told by your personal doctor. EAT AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE, GET OFF THE COUCH AND MOVE!!!! Quit staying up watch insane commericals and infomericals that claim to help you lose weight overnight. GET SOME REST!!!! Yep simple zzzzzzzz is what I mean. So if you are confused about how to Lose weight simply FORGET EVERYTHING! Find what you do that works for you. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF OR OVER WORK YOUR BODY!!! This is so not healthy and you will have some bad results.

Well I'm starting the week off eating pancakes my sweet husband made me. But, I do have the day to eat better so that is good. This may not be the most healthy way to start out my day. But, I will be able to fix this throughout the day. We don't start out right or do we always stick to the way of eating that is best. I find the most important thing in being healthy is when we fall of the wagon we get back on and continue. We all fall and we fall forward at least we are making progress. I know this isn't easy nor will I be perfect but fixing my mistakes. When we eat something not so healthy we should continue to eat better afterwards. True success in everything we do is not giving up just cause we do one thing wrong. We can fix anything as long as we realize nothing is perfect.
